What Constitutes a Great Webpage?

According to Titus Hoskins, the basic elements of a great webpage — a webpage that will stand out and be noticed by your visitors — one that will keep those visitors returning to your site, again and again … must incorporate the following design features.

It must:

1. Contain Good Keywords
2. Be a Simple Design
3. Be Optimized for Search Engines
4. Be Easily Navigable
5. Be Book-Markable
6. Have “Persistent” Fresh Content
7. Be Cool — Should have a WOW factor!
