Steve Selengut is the author of: The Brainwashing of the American Investor: The Book that Wall Street Does Not Want YOU to Read, and A Millionaire’s Secret Investment Strategy. He Has been a Professional Investment Portfolio Manager since 1979, Unaffiliated with any Brokerage Firm – Separate Accounts Only, and No Open End Mutual Funds.

Steve works primarilly with individuals and a few small businesses. He sells no investment products, receive no commissions, and focuses on individual securities.

Mr. Selengut invented, uses, and teaches his unique "Working Capital Model" investment methodology. His other proprietary concepts include: the QDI, Smart Cash, and Base Income. He commissioned the development of the IGVSI, and the Value Stock Watch list.

Steve is also a Senior Instructor at Kiawah Golf Investment Seminars, and holds a BA in Business from Gettysburg College and an MBA in Professional Management from Pace University.
