Carlos Estrella is a Professional Trainer, Technologist and Lecturer on several topics ranging from Technology within Indigenous Cultures to Law Enforcement Tactics and Techniques as well as Civilian Protection Programs (including "Simply Escape!™" and "P.A.D.S.™").

His "other" life consists of service as a lead member of the Law Enforcement Division of a Tribal Police Department on the East Coast of the United States, and on the personal side a published author, poet and aspiring screenwriter.
