Five year after the Islamic Terrorist attack against America, the US seems unable to define real enemies and potential friends in a war that has become by definition the longest in the American History. Viewing things in a historic perspective would facilitate the task, making clear to every American citizen the identity of both, arch-enemies and besotted / fanaticized puppets.

Five years after the Islamic Terrorist attack against America, the US seems unable to realize that their supposed enemies, the Islamic Terrorists, are the creature of 200 years of colonial, French and British, illegal involvement in the vast territories of the Ottoman Empire. Instead of dreaming about imposing order and discipline among besotted / fanaticized puppets, the US should outmaneuver colonial policies practiced by France and Britain since Napoleon.
