- Asafa Dibaba in Quest of Jaarsoo Waaqoo: the Quintessence of Oromo Poetry
In this article, we re-publish integrally Mr. Dibaba's chapter 4 in which he illustrates the ethnographic background of Jaarsoo's poetry and impacts of other oral poetic genres, particularly the dhaaduu recitative poems, on Jaarsoo's poetic contents.
