Vicious, Tenebrous Allies: Racist European 'Professors' and Abyssinian Tyrants

The lewd pseudo-Ethiopian dictators of Abyssinia rely on these crypto-Nazi, pseudo-academic gangsters who are highly profiled as European Professors and help the villainous African tyranny prolong its branding among Europeans, and hinder students and young researchers originating from various oppressed nations of Abyssinia from acquiring accurate, pertinent and authoritative knowledge pertaining to their country's or their people's past.

The fact that assumed as fully accredited European professors proactively help diffuse Ignorance, Darkness, State-Promoted Pseudo-Historical Dogmas, and Inhuman Tyranny is a shock of unprecedented dimensions for the entire academic establishment of Europe that supposedly emanated from the Renaissance Humanism and the World of the Enlightenment.

Before denouncing in public German and British 'scholars' who dishonour their workplaces, we will attempt to offer a panorama of what exists in the bogus-universities of the most murderous African tyranny, the coffin that is deceitfully named 'Ethiopia'.

The Abode of Ignorance,. Darkness and Inanity: Universities in Abyssinia

Before proceeding through our presentation, we have to identify our sources. We base the presentation composition on data acquired and collected from within the bogus-academic establishments of Abyssinia. As one can understand, in these state run and devoid of thought establishments many students and researchers of Oromo, Ogadeni, Afar, Sidama, and other origin work, without of course being allowed to challenge the tyrannically opposed dogmas and falsifications. For them, it is a matter of making ends meet, their way of full time employment. As it can be imagined, I cannot reveal the names of my sources, but I can guarantee that their information is accurate, as their passionate desire for improvement obliges them to tell the truth, and to describe things as they are.

Modern academic consensus and practice led universities and academic establishments offer to their students the possibility to study the Language, the Literature, the Culture, the Religion and the History of all the peoples that inhabit the country in which the university exists, plus many other cultures, languages, religions, literatures and civilizations. In the academically advanced countries, one university does not necessarily cover everything, but the choice of the subject leads the student to search for a position in the university where his/her favorite subject is taught.

If this is the norm, then in Abyssinian universities one should be able to specialize in Afar, Amhara, Ogadeni, Oromo, Sidama, and Tigray Cultural Studies, Sociology and Social Anthropology, Language, Literature, History and Religion. This would imply six different departments at least, since there are more peoples in Abyssinia, the aforementioned being just the major. Yet, the present situation is appalling.

In the Department of Ethiopian Languages and Literatures, College of Education, there are courses of Literature, Folklore, and Linguistics offered, not at departmental level, but as major area courses in the Afaan Oromo Unit. Furthermore, Afan Oromo Language and Literature is offered at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the Afaan Oromo Unit; but it is a College of Education, not Humanities.

There is no Department for Afan Oromo Language and Literature so far; neither is there a Department for Oromo Religion, History, Folklore, etc.

Only at Jimma University, in Jimma city, Oromia, there is the Dept. of Afaan Oromo. Few months, the Dept. of Oromo Folklore and Literature started functioning. In Addis Ababa University, there is nothing of the sort, and the same lack and indifference characterizes fields related to the Ogadeni, the Sidama, and the Afar cultures and languages.

Contrarily to the lack of interest for the greatness of the History, the Languages, and the Cultures of Abyssinia's oppressed peoples, there is much about the past of the dictatorially ruling Semitic tribes of Amhara and Tigray, their languages, and the Ancient Abyssinian language, Gueze. Gueze is offered to those majoring in Amharic language and literature.

There are two Colleges of "Ethiopian" (the proper name is Abyssinian) Languages and Literatures: the College of Education, recently inaugurated, aims at preparing teachers for Social and Natural Sciences for Secondary schools. On the other hand, the Institute of Language Studies (ILS) is an old institution. That faculty comprises several Depts. of Foreign Languages (English, German, Italian, Arabic, Spanish, French, but only English Language and Literature is a Major, all the rest being Minor).

Furthermore there are two Theology Colleges, one depending on the so-called 'Orthodox Church' that represents the Monophysitic religious heresy of Abyssinia, and the other being called 'Mecane-Yesus Seminarium', and depending on Protestant institutions. The latter uses English as instruction language, while the former offers courses in Amharic, English and Gueze.

There are no courses of Ancient Egyptian, Ancient Greek and Latin Languages, Literatures, and Civilizations. In the Dept. of History courses are mainly given in English, and only partly in Amharic; the syllabuses focus on either World History (covered in summarized way) or Modern History of Abyssinia, whereby the instructors accept only students reproducing the official state promoted dogma of falsified History. There is nothing about the History of Abyssinia's oppressed peoples, past or present. Professor Bahru Zewdie is the department's most renowned instructor and responsible for the unacceptable current situation.

There is a Department of Philosophy, with English as instruction language. As Amhara and Tigray students have an inclination to view the world through theological viewpoints, there have always been Oromos to help promote philosophical thought in Abyssinia. Among past and present instructors of the Philosophy Dept., Dr. Bekele Gutema is an Oromo who formerly served as Dept.. Head, whereas Prof. Claude Sumner, Canadian citizen, worked extensively on Oromo Wisdom Literature (a philosophical analysis of Oromo Oral Literature), publishing the results of his research in 5 volumes, which he did while serving in the Dept. for over 30 years, something truly exceptional.

There is no Dept. and no course – in any university in Abyssinia – about Islam as Religion, History, Law, and Civilization, although Islam is Abyssinia's first religion in terms of number of adherents. Similarly, there is nothing about Waqqafana, the traditional Oromo monotheistic and aniconic religion.

Courses in the Faculties of Social and Political Sciences, Economics, Sciences, Law, Medicine, and Engineering are given mainly in English, and only partly in Amharic. No other language is used.

There is no Translation Department attached to any Faculty or independently functioning. Consequently, there are no major literary and philosophical works / books translated from any international language to Oromo, Ogadeni, Sidama and Afar, and there are no specialized publishing houses for translations towards these languages.

In the Department of Archaeology, there are efforts focused only on the Abyssinian past, and no one would allow, let alone encourage, archeological research in any location in Oromia, Ogaden, and the Southern regions, for the period covering the last 3000 years, as any findings would immediately minimized the unreasonably and untruly magnified Abyssinian past. Courses are conducted in English and Amharic.

Through the aforementioned, the falsification policies and the barbarism promoting educational programs of the Abyssinian tyrannical government are best revealed without the need of further comment or analysis. In a second article we will examine the frustrating role of European pseudo-professors – accomplices of racist policies and practices of the Abyssinian relics.
