UN Reform and Languages: Strip Arabic from Undeserved Status

If any discussion related to the administrative reform should be made in way to help the international community fight against the most serious threat against stability, peace, progress and humanism, the same should be the target of a much needed reconsideration of the tongues that enjoy the status of UN official language.

Tongues reflecting UN SC permanent membership

At the present level, out of 6 international tongues institutionalized by the UN, only four truly enter into this category: English, French, Russian and Chinese. One can easily grasp that these were the languages of the Allies. At that moment, no one would consider the colossal significance of German as language of Science, Education, Culture and Trade. With Italy as a key European ally for Hitler, there could not be discussion about Italian either, despite the fact that this language is as important as English, French and German within the circle of the international academia. No one could compare a single university in Spain or any other Spanish speaking country of the world to one of the leading Italian universities in the 30s and the 40s. Japanese never had the real academic and intellectual credentials of the two European languages of the defeated Axis members. Even more so, Japanese never had a radiation outside Japan, if we do not take into consideration the Japanese ferocious military expansion in the 30s. But in that case, it became the language of invaders, only.

It becomes clear that the aforementioned four languages as selected and promoted to the rank of international language did not signify anything particular in terms of academic and intellectual development. They reflected only a moment of political – military supremacy over the Axis. But the moment cannot last 60 years….

In a colonized world no much consideration could be given to languages of colonized peoples. Why promote Hindi or Urdu at the rank of an international language, since the native speakers of these two languages were still colonized by the British?

French and British racism and discrimination against Turkish and Farsi

The four Allies made an effort not to show so reclusive and eclectic; of course, in 1945 the shadows of WW I were still visible. The world of Islam, expressed by the Ottoman Empire and its alliance with Kaiserist Germany and Austria-Hungary, had collapsed, with the Caliphate rejected by the revolutionary forces around Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, who secularized and civilized the barbaric face of Islam, as that religion had fallen in the hands of uneducated and idiotic sheikhs, the real ancestors of today’s Mollah Omar and Ossam Bin Laden. But Turkish and Farsi were languages of big empires that were the enemies of England and France from Algeria to Indonesia; so there was no question of introducing one of the two languages as representing a common medium within the Islamic community. Farsi has always been the main language of Islamic Culture and Literature for more than thousand years, whereas Turkish has been the main vehicle of communication between Italy and China, after the gradual demise of Aramaic. Turkish led to the formation of Urdu, which is the main language for Indian Muslims, and Turkish and Mongolian dynasties with linguistic affinities ruled Istanbul, Soltanieh in Iran, Delhi in India, and Beijing in China. In the middle of the 20th century, Turkish had been fashioned by the erudite scholars around Kemal Ataturk as a modern, cosmopolitan, all-inclusive linguistic tool, incorporating from various stocks, namely Turkic languages, Farsi, Arabic and French. But the French racism, and more particular its most lunatic expression the French Anti-Turkism, prevented Turkish from becoming within the UN what it had always been throughout Asia: an international language.

Tongues reflecting unreasonable approaches and ill-conceived plans

However, Spanish was given the status of international language, because of Franco’s neutrality and due to the numerous Latin American Spanish speaking populations. But this measure, without Mexico or Spain having the privilege of UN SC permanent membership, was unbalanced.

It was even more so, because the same status should have been given to Portuguese, a language spoken in Europe, America, Africa and Asia. The fact that the Lusophones are less numerous than the Hispanophones means nothing; there was never a discussion about a population ‘barrier’, a figure – limit, a total. In addition, if the concern were to represent at the linguistic level what would not be so at the political level (veto power), expressing an ethnographic view of the world, then Hindi, Urdu, Turkish, Malay, Swahili should also be given an international language status. Contrarily to all that, misled by the French and the British, the Americans and the Russians accepted to give the status of international language to a non-language, namely the Arabic.

Arabic is a dead language.

A. Contrarily to both, Turkish and Farsi, Arabic does not represent anything but a dead language that is in use for religious purposes.

B. The modern Arabic speaking analphabetic masses of totalitarian and barbaric realms from Algeria to Syria and from Mauritania to Palestine speak poor jargons that do not have the rank of real language, and they differ significantly. Being very lowly means of communications, they have no possibility to localize terms from various sciences and technologies, contrarily to Turkish, Farsi, Hindi, and to small languages.

C. An effort had been made in Egypt for the creation of a modern literary – journalistic dialect that would be (or even more ridiculously it is thought to be) the modern Arabic language, but this effort was a multiple failure.

The compilers of this modern literary – journalistic dialect do not admit that it is linguistically other than the Coranic Arabic because they would be under the attack of the extremist sheikhs, whose ideological and intellectual terrorism has been expanded over the past two centuries thanks to French support. One must not forget that it is a permanent colonial need to engulf countries and peoples into darkness and ignorance, if not to totalitarian rule and inhuman dictatorship.

If we take into account, Coranic Arabic, the modern lowly and poor Arabo-centric jargons of Berberia (Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania, Tunisia and Libya), Egypt, Sudan, Yemen and the Mashreq (Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Palestine, Israel, Lebanon, Kuwait), and the modern literary – journalistic ‘Arabic’ dialect, we have to admit that never in our modern world has a linguistic complex been so disregarded for the purpose of academic linguistic studies. Why neither the colonial ‘departments of Arabic language’ at Paris and London nor the bogus-universities of Cairo, Algiers, Amman and Damascus do not embark in vast program of linguistic research to identify the etymology of the entire vocabulary of the modern lowly and poor Arabo-centric jargons?

The answer is simple: the result will be that there is a considerable bulk of Berberic, Coptic, Aramaic, Nubian, Pre-Islamic Yemenite and other words within these so-called ‘Arabic’ jargons that are spoken in the streets of Oran, Assiut, Deir ez- Zor, Edfu, Muqallah, etc. And this would show that the so much praised ‘linguistic arabization’ of the Berbers, the Egyptians, the Aramaeans, and the Yemenites was just a superficial reality, under which the real local character (Berberic in Mauritania, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya / Coptic and Nubian in Egypt and the Sudan / Aramaean in SE Turkey, Iraq, SW Iran, Kuwait, Qatar, Emirates, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Israel / Yemenite in Yemen, Oman and parts of the Saudi Arabia) remains predominant and genuine.

Arabic was a totalitarian tool for extensive Cultural and Linguistic Genocide.

One more reason for which Arabic could not be attributed the status of an international language is the fact that it represents the fabricated tool of extremely severe totalitarian practices and unprecedented abuses of Human Rights that have occurred during the long campaigns of arabization that have been undertaken by criminal gangsters and rogue regimes, the like of Qadhafi, Hafez Assad, Saddam Hussein and other worse perpetrators of Cultural and Linguistic Genocides against the Aramaeans, the Copts, the Nubians, the Furs, the Bejas, the Mehranis and the Soqotris in Yemen, the Berbers of the Atlas, and others.

Arabic – and this must be said at diapason to the four corners of the Universe – has been a most hated linguistic oppression tool for numerous dozens of millions of non Arabic native speakers, who were forced to become ‘Arabs’ for the murderous needs of Colonial France and its local puppets, ostentatious or not.

Consequently, the so-called Arabic speaking countries cannot be counted as per population since large numbers of oppressed masses reject Arabic as their language, identifying themselves with Berberic, Aramaic, Coptic, Nubian, Fur, Beja, Mehrani, etc.

Arabic is the Language of the Most Satanic Hell for millions of people that the UN, under US guidance, should contact, protect and ultimately liberate, crashing any sort of resistance by the murderous and barbaric rulers of these realms.

A vast political and cultural research project must be financed so that the most remote and undefended populations be reached and saved from this totalitarian nationalistic plague.

Strip Arabic from its undeserved status of international language

One should not disregard recent developments that occurred partly because of the French colonial plans to unite and manipulate those who cannot be united, and partly due to the use of the French colonial plans by the rising sheikhs of Islamic Terror, who want to plunge first the average societies from the African Atlas to India in a totalitarian and discriminatory marsh of darkness and fear, from where they plan to extol the anti-Western soldiers of suicide and inferno.

Arabic is good to Ossama Bin Laden! Of course, neither his subordinate, Ayman Zawahiri, nor their seemingly peaceful predecessor, Metwali Shaarawi, a Minister of Anwar el Sadat (!), would ever demand their followers to study Ibn Rushd, Ibn Ishaq, Mohyieldin Ibn al Arabi, Maqrizi, and Ibn Battuta in … Arabic! And if they did so, they would fail, because their Arabic native speaking followers would understand more easily Plato in Greek than … Arabic, the real historical Arabic language that is by now a dead language, despite the fact that the bogus-academia of France do not say it openly to the rest of the world (since this would unveil the criminality of the French colonial diplomatic purposes and plans). But they ask them to read selected excerpts of the Coran that they misinterpret for their murderous purposes of diffusing their false, counterfeit Islam to these tyrannized and hopeless masses, the existence of which has not yet been discovered by the Washington clever minds.

So, the arabization helps the islamization, and this will bring the inferno from the slums of Cairo, Karachi, Algiers and Riyadh to the streets of Paris, Torino, and Munich. The vehicle of communication of the Islamic Terror cannot be accepted by the international community as an international language, when discussions are held about the correct ways to face the Islamic Terror. Instead of a dead language, plus poor jargons and a fabricated modern literary – journalistic dialect, that all are ‘Arabic’ (sic!) and none is a real modern language, the UN must take the decision to drop this language among those they may retain for the status in question.

At the same time, the UN led by the US must embark on a large program of cultural and linguistic freedom, emancipation and authenticity for the entire Middle East.

And thanks to UNESCO, we can come up with programs that will reveal to the entire world the truth of our purpose: Islamic philosophers’ and erudite scholars’ Arabic texts that should be translated to ‘Modern Arabic’ so that they are understood by the modern ‘native’ Arabic speakers!

If Western diplomats and politicians want the viewpoint of a real Muslim about stripping Arabic from its undeserved status of international language, they have to reach out to the average persons, circumventing the dictatorial regimes, and hear them say:

  • - Our Prophet would applaud!

  • The only who would not do so are the upper middle classes of these backward countries, the people who contact and hate viciously the Westerners at the same time. These classes, not the lower ones, support the Islamic Terror – that has nothing to do with the Real, Historical Islam.
