Turkey and the Impartial Demand of Chief Prosecutor Abdurrahman Yalcinkaya

In an earlier article entitled 'Turkey to Rightfully Prohibit Erdogan's Islamic Terrorism Party ' (http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/69884) I presented selected excerpts from Chief Prosecutor Abdurrahman Yalcinkaya's rightful demand to shutdown the ruling AK (Justice and Development Party - JDP) Party.

In Secular Turkey there is no, and there cannot be any, socio-political space for religion; this is what the Constitution stipulates and the outright majority of the Turks fervently support.

Western mass media, known for decades if not centuries for their Anti-Ottoman and Anti-Turkish hysteria, have – magically and mysteriously – become the most passionate, the most exuberant supporters of the villainous and ominous Turkish premier, and his purely Anti-Turkish agenda.

As it was expected, they attacked, slandered and denigrated Abdurrahman Yalcinkaya, in an attempt to denounce his rightful demand; they disregarded the fact that his pledge to save Turkey from the Freemasonic fabrication pestilence of Islamism was constitutionally impeccable, politically perfect, and morally appreciable. They even forgot how fervently they had in the past supported other cases of Judiciary's involvement in political crises of other countries.

This is the Freemasonic mendacity, duplicity and evilness; if the Judiciary interferes against Mugabe in Zimbabwe, the Judiciary is “good”. If the Judiciary intervenes against Erdogan in Turkey, the Judiciary is “bad”. How come!

The Evil Purposes of Freemasonry-controlled Mass Media

What is hidden behind the Western media disgrace against Turkey and its Secular Democracy?

The answer is simple: it is the Freemasonic conspiracy to spread throughout the world of Islam the barbaric, inhuman and utterly Satanic system of Islamism, which is a French – English colonial fabrication at the very antipodes of the historical Islam.

Islamism is not the continuation, but the disruption and the termination of the historical Islam.

In fact, Islamism is Islam's most villainous and evil rejection. It is a system alien to Muslims, created at the Islamic World's capitals where colonialism and traditional Islam clashed. Thence, it was expanded over the periphery, either the provinces of the said capitals or the peripheral countries where the evil Anglo-French Freemasonic colonialism arrived late.

As system, Islamism has been imposed through colonial rule and sophisticated trickery at the educational – political – cultural – social – 'intellectual' levels, without the besotted and analphabetic “sheikhs” and “imams” (in Alexandria, Cairo, Algiers, Aden, Tunis, Khartoum, Tripoli, Jerusalem, Damascus, Baghdad, Mecca and Madina – the order is that of colonial expansion) understanding their transformation through a gradual procedure that lasted approximately two (2) centuries.

As system, Islamism is purely anti-Islamic and inherently anti-human; it currently prevails in the execrably totalitarian, monstrous and barbaric realms of Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Morocco, Kuwait and Emirates. It is being expanded through Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Somalia, Senegal, and Uzbekistan.

During Islamism's step by step expansion, traditionally uncovered Muslim women reached the shameful level of total depersonalization which is represented by the niqab.

Remember David Roberts' drawings of Nubian women that date back in 1838? They were naked in the upper part of their bodies, and there was no reason for any Nubian man (all of them Muslims) to imagine that they were sinful.

But now, they are covered by black hejab from top to toe; this is the work of the Freemasonic Anglo-French colonials, and their unconscious puppets, the said sheikhs of the aforementioned capitals of Clash. The evil pseudo-Islamic system of Islamism expanded from colonized and besotted Cairo to Nubia.

In the light of the aforementioned, we can understand why the uncouth and quasi-illiterate Turkish premier has been selected by the Apostate Freemasonic Lodge; he has to carry out the “good” work of Islamization and barbarization of Turkey. This is the reason of the unequivocal Western mass media support of his evildoings.

Turkey's islamization is the crown of the Freemasonic effort to trigger devastating fratricidal wars among Muslims between the Mediterranean and the Indian Subcontinent that will culminate with the elimination of the state of Israel, the annihilation of many surrounding lands, and the subsequent Western European invasion of the entire Middle East. In fact, this is nothing new!

It is the 210 years old plan of Napoleon for the implementation of which France and England, absolutely controlled by the Apostate Freemasonic Lodge, have ceaselessly worked together, even fighting fake wars and naval battles, and always with the support of other Freemasonic apprentices and traitors selected from other European countries and among the local renegades, subservient Middle Easterners originated from different provinces of the Ottoman Empire.

Why is Turkey's barbarization and islamization so important now?

In fact, there have been only two countries that had not been barbarized by the colonial rule of the Anglo-French, namely Turkey and Iran.

With the Freemasonic inspiration and machination Islamic Republic of Iran, the great land of Persia, the millennia long formidable opponent of the Roman Empire, the Eastern Roman Empire, and the Ottoman Empire, fell into the level of a barbaric “Arabic” realm where local uneducated and uncouth masses and their bestial rulers either reduced themselves to mimics of the Western life, behavioural system, and mindset (without ever becoming true westerners) or engaged themselves in opposing it (but according to terms and conditions pre-configured by the Anglo-French Freemasonic diplomats and academia).

We had the opportunity to observe what the Iranian greatness meant after the 1979 pseudo-Islamic Freemasonic revolution of Iran. The great country that would have easily invaded Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Palestine and Egypt (if no other country were involved) was definitely reduced to a mere regional problematic pariah much like Saddam Hussein and the other regional imbecile tyrants.

So, only Turkey was left ever since. And Turkey will be reduced to a simulacrum of post-1979 Iran, if Erdogan, Gul and their Freemasonic company of puppets, renegades and high traitors are left to run the country and implement their secretive plans. That's why the World's Resistance against the Freemasonic pestilence must mark a victory in Turkey, banning Erdogan and his gang from politics, and thus slapping the evil and inhuman face of the Western Freemasonic intruders.

In this article, I will republish further documentation (points 5 and 6 as per below) from Chief Prosecutor Abdurrahman Yalcinkaya's rightful demand to shutdown the ruling AK (Justice and Development Party - JDP) Party.

4. Anti-secular Actions and Statements of Abdullah Gül, former Minister of Foreign Affairs (from p. 65 on)

5. Anti-secular Actions and Statements of Huseyin Celik, Minister of Education (from p. 70 on)

6. Anti-secular Actions and Statements of Deputies of the JDP (from p. 75 on)

7. Evaluation of the Anti-secular Actions of the JDP by the Public Prosecutor (from p. 113 on)

8. Conclusion by the Public Prosecutor (from p. 145 on)

Excerpts Selected from the Indictment against the AK Party (JDP)

5. Anti-secular Actions and Statements of Huseyin Celik, Minister of Education (from p. 70 on)

“The secular state is defined as the state where the religion is not permitted to interfere with the work of the government. These religions can be Christianity, atheism, Buddhism or any other. The Sikhs wear turbans as required by their beliefs. The laws may prohibit but [those girls covering their hair] said 'this is a requirement of our belief' and they did so. This is exactly what the prime minister is saying.... You have to accept it as such. You cannot prohibit this with judicial decisions. We are the owners of the Republic of Turkey, the democratic, secular, social state and the rule of law. We do not need to hear any warning by any person”.

”It is a dram in its own right that our young girls are deprived of their education rights just because they cover their hair”.

[On the declaration of the All-Universities Board comprising university presidents announcing that they would not comply with the constitutional amendment permitting female students wearing headscarves at the universities and calling upon the new president of the Higher Education Council to resign]: “The Law on Higher Education Council defines the duties of the All-Universities Board. There is no power of approving or abolishing laws. The Board cannot do politics. No one has the right in the name of a university president or the Board to stand against the will of the Turkish people. No one under the rule of law can say that 'I cannot permit [the women covering their hair] in my university' even after a constitutional amendment is made and as it enters into force and in the absence of anything that would restrict the freedoms. The universities are not personal properties of the presidents. Each person needs to be aware of his position regardless of his status under the rule of law”.

6. Anti-secular Actions and Statements of Deputies of the JDP (from p. 75 on)

Sadullah Ergin, Vice-Chairman of the JDP Group in the Parliament: “Universal human rights are not rights which exist because a certain public agency or court says so. These are innate rights in our existence as human beings. The doctrines and decisions are subject to change yet universal human rights will exist for ever”.

''You believe it or not, headscarf is a reality in Turkey. Governments cannot be closed towards their own people. It cannot exist just because you say so, or ceases to exist because you say it so”.

Cavit Torun, the MP of Diyarbakir: “It is true that even the majority, let alone the minorities in this country cannot enjoy freedoms of belief, thought and ideas. Counter-arguments to this cannot reverse this fact. There are still thousands of young girls cannot freely attend the schools, their sufferings and sorrow are at the limits of patience”.

Mustafa Bumin, former president of the Constitutional Court stated that “permitting anyone covering her hair and neck for religious reasons is a type of imposing and forcing others. This act of covering persons and forcing them to do so is against the principle of secularism as it would lead to creating an environment in which the youth will clash, also creating ruptures among the people belonging even to the same religion”.

Irfan Gunduz, the MP of Istanbul responded on this statement by Bumin: "No judiciary can embargo the future. The society has a consensus on this. Is the Constitutional Court a fatwa issuing authority on the headscarf issue?”.

“Our prime minister goes accompanied with his wife [wearing a headscarf] to the White House, Versailles or Kremlin, and this poses no problem. Yet the same fact becomes a big problem when he visits Çankaya, the presidential mansion. Even her boarding on the president's aircraft becomes a problem. So, how can Turkey still persist on such a wrong doing in a shrinking world?”

Musa Uzunkaya, the MP of Samsun: “Latife Hanim, Ataturk's wife, attended the meetings at the Cankaya mansion with her hair covered. The wife of Ismet Inonu [the second president of the Republic] accompanied him in black chador during his visits abroad. Were they also reactionary?”

Guldal Aksit, former Minister of State: "Turkey has a problem of headscarf. It constitutes a hurdle before the education of our young girls”.

Ersonmez Yarbay, the MP of Ankara: "Headscarf is a part of the individual freedom of beliefs”.

Mehmet Elkatmis, the MP of Nevsehir: “The headscarf ban is against human rights. No one can defend it”.

Nihat Ergun, Vice-chairman of the JDP: “Women who want to actively participate in the modern life in their religious identity and appearance are unjustly treated”.

Bulent Gedikli, Vice-chairman of the JDP: "As JDP we have said that we are looking for a social consensus...It is clear that ban on headscarf is a violation of human rights. The fact that a girl covering her hair is deprived of university education is making us and the public sad”.

Egemen Bagis, the MP of Istanbul: “I have sisters and friends who cannot attend the university [because of the headscarf]. I absolutely believe that this is a shame for human rights”.

“Some female MPs with headscarves from the Nationalist Action Party used to come to the door of the parliament and took their headscarves off there. What is the use of living such a dual life? I find it extremely shameful in the name of humanity”.

Prof. Dr. Yusuf Ziya Ozcan, the president of the HEC: “Prevention of the rights of education for certain students at the universities has become a chronic problem”.

Dengir Mir Mehmet Firat, the Vice-Chairman of JDP called public prosecutors to take necessary action in the face of university presidents who refused to comply with the constitutional amendment permitting women with headscarf to pursue education at universities.

MPs from JDP together with MPs from the Nationalist Action Party proposed a constitutional amendment on the 10th and 42nd articles in order to permit university education for women with headscarves.

The Ankara chapter of the JDP opened a tent for iftar (the break of the Ramadan fasting) decorated with the pictures of the JDP leader and several banners.
