Huda Barkhad and Ruling Gangsters Unable to Stop Somaliland's Decomposition

By: Muhammad Shamsaddin Megalommatis

More hysterical the voices of Rayale's idiotic scribes become, more convincing indications we have that the gangsters' state So-Mafi-land has reached an advanced level of decomposition and erosion.

In fact, with their paranoid, unsubstantial, personal attacks against me, guys like Ahmed Khayre and Abdulaziz Al Mutairi unveil their masters' panic in respect with their impending collapse.

Chaos reigns in the streets, the squares, and the cafeterias of the secessionist pseudo-state 'So-Mafi-land'. Every day, another event highlights that everything falls apart in the 'state' of the miserable renegades and high traitors, who are reviled and loathed by the quasi-totality of the misfortunate, indigenous, Somali population.

Go through the childish insults and idiocies of Abdulaziz Al Mutairi, and you get immediately the demonstration of their extreme scare about the abhorrent end, which is reserved for them, as well as for any traitor anytime anywhere.

A few weeks after the publication of the Human Rights Watch Report on Ogaden in which 'Ethiopian' government's acts of genocide and crime against the mankind are analytically exposed by one of the world's foremost Human Rights NGOs, the criminal traitor Abdulaziz Al Mutairi writes against the tortured, massacred and terrorized Somalis of Ogaden the following:

“Megalommatis, who uses tribal-minded Somali editors, is paid missionary by Somali tyrants who are trying to achieve their tribal interest. These tyrants believe Somaliland is the only danger to their existence, because they are all registered as war criminals in Somaliland. The tyrants are mainly members of ONLF – a terrorist militia in the 5th Region of Ethiopia. They reside in both Somalia and abroad. They failed to understand that unity of Somalia finished, and 5th Region of Ethiopia will remain Somali-Ethiopian".

In a ridiculous amalgamation of unarticulated insults, futile barking, vulgar vocabulary, dark ignorance, and swooning idiocies that reveal a tragic-comical case of psychological complex of inferiority, ulcerous hatred, and mental breakdown, Rayale's criminal mercenary Al Mutairi shamelessly addresses the tyrannized Ogadenis and suggests them (in his latest text “Propagandist Dr. Muhammad Shamsaddin Megalommatis, Can he change the history?" / http://www.californiachronicle.com/articles/68241) to accept their tyrant, the racist Abyssinian administration, and happily live with it!

Quite unfortunately, Ogaden is too close to National Independence to consider now staying within the otherwise collapsing (in any case) Abyssinian colonial state.

The worst Quislings in this world would not however have dared to write something so inhuman and so evil. Al Motairi's sick and vicious attitude reveals detrimental mental abnormalities and psychological anomalies that have not been encountered even among Hitler's close associates and friends. Only a slave personality can express extreme cruelty against innocent victims, and only a criminal accomplice can effortlessly utter similarly immoral and shameful words.

At the same time, So-Mafi-land's most hideous charlatan, Ahmed Kheyre, shamelessly attempts to portray eroding, terminating So-Mafi-land as a land of 'democracy' (http://www.californiachronicle.com/articles/67722).

Whose 'democracy' is this preposterous pseudo-scribe talking about? The democracy that supposedly exists among the tiny group of gangsters who rule along Rayale?

Only lunacy (“Somaliland is a democracy") prevents him from understanding that democracy does not exist in a place (like So-Mafi-land) where you cannot get out of your house without the fear of being shot dead at any time. 'Democracies' of the gangsters are simply categorized under the label 'Tyranny'.

In the same way the uncouth and uneducated Al Mutairi does not show respect for the victims of the Abyssinian racist bestiality in Ogaden, Kheyre feels cool and comfortable with the recent Hargeisa atrocity. Read this provocative excerpt

“The recent demonstration in Hargeisa which unfortunately led to the deaths of two citizens and several others wounded, doesn't not in any way make Somaliland unstable or undemocratic".

It simply means that Ahmed Khayre needs 200000 massacred in the streets of So-Mafi-land in order to admit that So-Mafi-land is an ailing tyranny. It's a matter of criteria. Theirs are absolutely barbaric and inhuman.

Despite all this, day by day, another nail is hit on So-Mafi-land's coffin.

Abyssinia is about to explode and there will be no space in the entire universe where the Huda Barkhad group will possibly manage to hide. A great day will soon start in Ogaden, and then all the gangsters around Rayale will face Somali and International Justice; and among them there will be Ahmed Khayre and Al Mutairi who stand accused for Inhuman Hatred and Venomous Odium against their compatriots of Ogaden, as well as for promotion of anti-Somali activities and treachery.

The decomposition of So-Mafi-land is also revealed through the lines of a Press Release issued just yesterday by the Somaliland American Council. It reconfirms everything I have already said, namely that So-Mafi-land crosses its last moments. Even if we assume that all the major issues of national identity are solved, not a single realm can possibly survive with 95% unemployment.

Rayale and his idiotic scribes failed to understand it thus far; it is high time that they realize it now: So-Mafi-land is over! I republish the Press Release integrally.

Somaliland Police is between Rock and Hard Place

Somaliland: Press Release by Somaliland American Council
http://www.somaliland.org/2008/07/14/somaliland-american-council-press-release-english-somali/

The Somaliland people are experiencing serious challenges including poverty, 95% unemployment, illiteracy, high birth rate, and young democracy that provide the right to express themselves and demonstrate when necessary. Unfortunately, the people have no experience in how to demonstrate peacefully and usually their demonstrations include unacceptable level of disorderly and property damage, and the police force have not been trained in how to control peaceful demonstration nor have been provided the necessary equipment to control peaceful demonstrators. The results have been excessive force by the policy using live bullets to control the crowd, which leads to the death of innocent civilians in the hands of the policy whenever there are demonstrations anywhere in Somaliland. These unnecessary deaths have been taking place too many times in the last few years and many people have died by the hands of the police force that were supposed to protect them.

You'll think President Rayale's administration who have experienced these difficult situations more than dozen times in the last few years would be seriously looking into finding a way to solve this problem and eliminate the death of civilians by the hands of the police. You would be wrong. No one has made any attempt to solve this problem beyond blood-money payments and the killing of innocent civilians by the police continues – the latest one happened few days ago in Hargeisa. The latest incident was prompted by a disagreement between the Water Authorities in Hargeisa and the Southern district communities in Hargeisa over a promises to dig 6 water wells that were made to them, and the decision by the Water Authorities to stop work and remove equipment after one well has successfully been completed. Because there are not enough resources to meet the social needs of the people in Somaliland these types of disagreements about sharing resources will continue to bring strong disagreements between authorities and people in Somaliland. Quick research in Somaliland revealed to me that the Somaliland Police force (anywhere in Somaliland) have never received training on how to control demonstrations nor have they been provided any equipment that will help them to do the job of controlling unruly crowd.

It is reasonable to ask the question, how do other democratic societies deal with this problem? The answer is very simple; the police receive basic training on crowd control and receive equipment that will help them to do the job. There are various types of equipment available to help police including tear gas, pepper spray, plastic bullets, and electric Tasers. In some cases, riot squads may also use water cannons, armoured vehicles, police dogs or mounted police on horses. Officers performing riot control typically wear protective equipment including: riot helmets, body armour, gas masks and riot shields. I'm aware that the budget of Somaliland Police authorities may not afford the resources to be fully equipped with all the tools that are available, but it is inexcusable that they do not have any equipment or training at all to mitigate the situation – none. In such circumstance the police are faced with very bad options; violent crowd and demonstrators that are determined to hurt them and lack of proper equipment that will help them control the situation, which means the only tool available to them is deadly weapons (live bullets) – which they have consistently used and hence caused the death of dozens of civilian demonstrators in most major cities in Somaliland over the last few years.

This is simply happening because of lack of leadership and the fact that President Rayale does not consider this an important issue that needs to be a priority for his government. The recent press release of Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Silanyo, chairman of Kulmiye, where he expressed sympathy for the families of those who lost their lives and asked the authorities to bring those (police officers) who committed these crimes to justice gave me hope, and it seems to me that there is a chance that this problem might be solved. Chairman Ahmed expressed the need and promised to (if given the chance) to provide training to the Somaliland Police force in the methods of controlling peaceful crowds and at the same time providing them the necessary equipment to do the job, which he promised will save the lives of many citizens. Until then, the Somaliland Police force is between rock and hard place – their only choice is to get hurt and allow property damage by demonstrators or kill your own people. It is obvious which option they have taken.
