Ass. Secretary Jendayi Frazer Unable to Stop the Ongoing Ogaden Genocide

Grave deterioration of Humanitarian conditions expands throughout the Horn of Africa, due to the implementation of the ("US-friendly") Abyssinian dictator's Zenawi criminal policies that fuel Islamic Extremism, instead of guaranteeing peace and stability throughout this sensitive region.

Following the gradual, undeclared war in the Somali north, where Somaliland attacked Puntland, and the Mogadishu insurgence against the Abyssinian forces of occupation, Ogaden becomes again the epicenter of the Horn of Africa crisis. Practically speaking, Ogaden is an authentic province of Somalia that – in violation of all rules of the International Law, and against the will of the totality of the local inhabitants – Britain at the twilight of its imperial era ceded to the barbaric and cruel bogus-king of Abyssinia, Haile Selassie.

Ogaden has been in insurgence since last December when in an absolutely disastrous manner Washington gave the Green Light for a partly invasion of Southern Somalia to Africa's most loathed gangster, the tribal Abyssinian Dictator Zenawi.

The Ogaden Human Rights Committee (OHRC / www.ogadenrights.org) has revealed since last April an incredible set of Abyssinian tyrannical policies performed by Tigray and Amhara death squads impersonating Zenawi's 'national army' in occupied Ogaden.

With the Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF / www.ogaden.com) in control of parts of Ogaden and in a position to drastically harm Abyssinian convoys sent either to kill Somalis or to excruciate Ogadenis, the paranoid Tigray dictator Zenawi faces a most formidable challenge. Unable to come to terms with political practices prevailing in civilized countries, Africa's most wanted Cannibal attempts to turn the entire Horn of Africa region to an immense and appalling butchery.

Cannibalistic Practices by Jendayi Frazer's ally in Ogaden

Reports already published in News Agencies and East African portals make state of an incredible carpet-bombing enterprise undertaken by Zenawi's air force in Ogaden.

Andrew Cawthorne of Reuters reports from Dadaab, Kenya, unbelievable atrocities perpetrated by the Abyssinian US-ally's air force over the past few days.

"It was after the second beating by Ethiopian soldiers that Abdi Bashi Jama says he decided to head for the border.

But though separated from family, far from his home village in Ethiopia's eastern Ogaden region, and a refugee rather than a shop-owner now, Jama considers himself lucky.

"The last time they attacked the village, they collected many men and took them away," he said, pausing in the early afternoon heat of a refugee camp in north-east Kenya.

"Some guys were hung on trees, nooses round their necks until they died ... I saw it".

Similar harrowing testimony -- dismissed as rebel propaganda by the Ethiopian government -- was repeated by various Ogaden refugees, who have trickled recently into different parts of Kenya's massive Dadaab camps, home to 170,000 refugees.

In separate interviews, the Ogadenis claimed Ethiopian soldiers had been entering villages over-and-over again to kill, rape and burn in a campaign to flush out rebels of the Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF).

Stories of shooting, hanging, beating and rape abound.

"My village was attacked more than 10 times. There is a great genocide going on. Why does the international community not intervene?" added Jama, standing among a crowd of refugees near their threadbare shelters of branches and plastic". Ogaden's Carpet-bombing

In addition, the BBC reports that according to aid workers, "an estimated 1,500 Ogaden refugees crossed into Kenya to escape renewed fighting last month" (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/7101598.stm). The number looks relatively small, if compared with the Mogadishu Humanitarian disaster, but the atrocities reported seem never to have happened among civilized nations.

Helicopter gunships have been used to attack villages in Ogaden, but over the past weeks, continuous days of air attacks on civilians have caused a great number of casualties. Despite the reports and the repeated denunciations of this practice, the ailing dictator's government did not comment thus far.

However, the fact that similar accounts are being gathered among hundreds of families, who reached different parts of Kenya's massive Dadaab camps, is expected to attract the interest of the global public opinion and the silent US legislators, who certainly cannot longer tolerate Jendayi Frazer's alliance with the most atrocious African butcher of all times.

International Court of Justice to Hold Zenawi Responsible for Genocide

Tormenting descriptions of government assaults on Ogaden's villages reveal a sustained Abyssinian campaign of rape and brutality, with men hanged from trees, and other similar barbaric atrocities. As answer to all this, the ailing tyrannical government attempts to associate the ONLF with Eritrea, other enemies, eventual terrorist groups, and the like. The practice is well known; it consists in full corroboration of accusations for intentional Genocide targeting the Somali Nation in its entirety.

The aforementioned report from the Reuters sheds light on the effect of the Ogaden crisis as being felt throughout neighboring Kenya, where more Ogadenis than usual have been trickling into the three Dadaab camps, although the vast majority of the refugees are still those fleeing the Somalia war. Amy Wordley, external relations officer in Dadaab for the world body's refugee agency UNHCR, specified the following: "We have been noticing more from Ogaden, especially in the past two months. They just say the fighting has brought them here, and speak of traveling for about three weeks".

This shows that Ogaden's most targeted and most affected part is the North, an area that neighbors with the secessionist and unrecognized state of Somaliland where Zenawi's lackey, president Rayaale rules tyrannically.

Osman Omar Abdi's journey from the Ogaden district of Jarar began in May after, he says in Reuters report, his wife was shot dead in front of him, his six children scattered, and his house burned during a chaotic morning raid by foot-soldiers.

"The Ethiopians say that all the Ogaden people are part and parcel of the ONLF, they don't differentiate, so they kill everyone," he said, displaying a scar on his hand that he described as a bullet-wound.

"I heard the grandparents got three of my children. I don't know about the others," added Abdi, revealing at the end of an interview that he had been a "member of the ONLF resistance."

Understanding that the situation cannot continue any longer, Tigray dictator Zenawi attempts to survive by mobilizing US-based old professors, and having them involved in his survival plan.

ONLF rejects Ephrem Isaac as possible interlocutor

The Falasha US-based professor Ephrem Isaac, a renowned specialist of Semitic languages, has been a constant target of Dictator Zenawi. The Tigray tyrant attempted to already utilize him in lobbying against H.R. 2003 in the Congress. Various insiders denounced his effort to be masqueraded as an Abyssinian 'old and wise man' (shimagle) and visit congressional offices chaperoned and accompanied by New York Congressman Gary Ackerman (http://mahder.com/ephrem-isaac-lobbies-hard-against-h.r.-2003-2.html).

An excellent portrait of Ephrem Isaac has been published by Mr. Argan Beekan, an astute commentator, in the American Chronicle, under the title "Beware of Mediator Bias and Mediation as a Tactic: A word to the Wise" (http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/viewArticle.asp?articleID=39044).

To denounce the TPLF Dictator's attempt, ONLF issued a Press Release before three days; we republish it integrally, as it definitely highlights the Tigray Tyrant's despair and impossibility to maintain peace in the Horn of Africa area, and Ogaden more in particular, through negotiations with the only possible interlocutor, namely the ONLF.

To Western political analysts it may look awkward that, although Zenawi's tyrannical regime's thugs accuse the entire population of Ogaden as ONLF accomplices, which is a direct acceptance of ONLF as the authentic and rightful representative of the Ogadeni Somalis, the Abyssinian dictator is rather reluctant to enter into negotiations with the ONLF leadership.

However, to East Africa insiders, this attitude signals the criminal Abyssinian Dictator's sheer determination in the complete implementation of the Ogaden Genocide project.

ONLF – Press Release

Statement on TPLF's Lack of Commitment to Serious Peaceful Dialogue

The Tigray Peoples Liberation Front (TPLF) led regime currently in power in Ethiopia has been well aware of the Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF) policy on resolving the Ogaden conflict through peaceful dialogue. We have maintained that any such dialogue should be held in a neutral third country, in the presence of a neutral third party arbiter of international standing with no preconditions placed on either side.

In that context, recent attempts by the TPLF to utilize the person of Prof. Ephrem Isaac to seek to negotiate on matters that can only be addressed by the TPLF Regime itself demonstrate the lack of commitment of this regime to engage in serious dialogue in order to reach a comprehensive and just political settlement on the Ogaden conflict.

The ONLF would like to make clear to the TPLF regime that we will not meet with or negotiate with Prof. Ephrem Isaac as he is not a government official and has no recognized authority nor the ability to affect circumstances on the ground in Ogaden.

The TPLF regime continues to execute a campaign of terror against our people and has shown no sign of seeking a peaceful solution to the Ogaden conflict.

Despite this, our door remains open to enter into discussions with the TPLF regime in the context of our long standing policy for dialogue.
