Weight loss is a reduction of fat, bodily fluids, lean mass and adipose tissues leading to a loss of body weight. Appetite is a desire to drink and eat for pleasure. It is significantly different from hunger, because hunger is only felt when your body does not have enough reserves to sustain itself and consequently signals its need for food.

Appetite is frequently mistaken for hunger, but they are 2 different things with different causes. Hunger is a physical indication that your body is in need of food and it would prove unhealthy if you tried to fight it. Appetite, though, is mainly triggered by psychological factors and doesn’t respond to any physical need.

Indeed, when stimulated, the mouth is a source of comfort and pleasure, which is the reason why some persons enjoy chewing gum for instance. It is the same reason that might explain why people enjoy having a cigarette in their mouths, or why they can feel hunger without actually needing food.

This comfort and pleasure may be sought after unconsciously by the brain when facing a stressful situation, which is why anxiety and stress can often cause the desire to eat. Our mind also usually unconsciously creates associations between two actions, so that every time you do any of those actions your brain creates the desire to do the other at the same time. Hence you can have the desire to eat when sitting at a table, around friends or watching TV. Weight gain is also a usual side effect of several drugs.

Even a small appetite issue can be severely disabling and a possible health hazard. Not only can it make you more and more self-conscious about your physical appearance, but it can also endanger your health on the long term. Excessive appetite can be responsible for respiratory difficulties, obesity, high blood pressure, musculoskeletal problems, and cholesterol and life threatening conditions like diabetes, cancer and gallbladder disease.

Having control over your appetite would allow you to quickly get significantly healthier and get back in shape. You would not have to constantly worry about dieting anymore, nor about the nutritional properties of your food. You will be able to eat what you want, when you decide to.

Several different drugs pretending to help control appetite or favor weight loss have been offered on the market over the last few years. A lot of those miracle drugs will at best only have a placebo effect. Others have had better results but sometimes were withdrawn from the market because of their dangerous side effects. Several of those drugs have a structure chemically related to that of amphetamines and have analogous risks. There are nonetheless natural methods to achieve weight loss which, do not present any undesirable side effects, like weight loss through hypnotherapy.

Most people will tell you that only exercise or diet are effective ways of losing weight. This is true to a certain extent, nonetheless it is almost impossible for an active person to find the time to exercise or to keep a diet and it is even harder to find the motivation to do so. Furthermore, neither exercise nor dieting can fight the psychological factors that increase appetite. This means they won’t diminish your appetite, and that you’ll have to suffer from this urge to eat continually, without being able to satisfy it.

That explains why hypnosis for weight loss has convinced a lot of people trying to lose weight. Weight loss through hypnosis works on a psychological level and can help you lose your appetite. But hypnotherapy weight loss can also give you the willpower you need to go out and exercise. Using suggestion, weight loss hypnosis will help you get this motivation quickly and simply!

Weight loss hypnosis allows you to diminish your appetite in order to lose weight. This means it will be much easier to lose weight because weight loss through hypnosis will help you to eliminate the cravings for unnecessary nourishment. With hypnotism for weight loss, your unconscious mind will be programmed to follow the eating behavior of a naturally thin person. In other words, weight loss hypnosis will use the power of your unconscious to change your eating habits.

Weight loss hypnosis sessions can eliminate the unconscious associations, which can cause appetite, and will induce appetite reduction. Self hypnosis weight loss, like all methods, which use hypnosis, will also make you much more relaxed. Weight loss through hypnosis can hence readily deliver you from any urge to eat that might be triggered by anxiety.

To summarize: Even if appetite is often confused with hunger, it does not respond to a physical need for food but is strongly dependent on our psychological state. Therefore, weight loss hypnosis is much more effective than diets that only focus on physical factors. And unlike medication, it is free of undesirable side effects. Weight loss through hypnosis is a safe, efficient and effortless way to gain control over your appetite and lose weight.
